The short version. We collect your contact details and what you configured, so that we can measure your property and quote the work. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and there are no trackers or advertising cookies anywhere on this website. Your information is stored in Canada. Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, or to delete it.
What this website does
The public configurator sends inquiry details to the operations database. The operations app lets authorized staff turn an inquiry into customer, quote, job and invoice records.

This website does not collect payment-card numbers.
Where your information is stored
Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in a data centre in Canada. Installation photographs are stored in the same place, in private storage that is not publicly accessible and cannot be reached by guessing a web address.
Access is restricted by role. Our installation crew can see only the jobs assigned to them, and only what they need to do the work: the address, a phone number and the installation details. They cannot see pricing or anyone else's records.
Service providers and access
Supabase hosts the database and private file storage in Canada. Access to the operations app requires a manager to approve the account and assign the correct role.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script. We do not know who visits this site unless you contact us.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does. It is not used to identify you to us, and we receive nothing from it.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain business and warranty records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Keeping it secure
The website is served over HTTPS. Database Row Level Security separates admin and crew access: assigned crew can read the operational details for their own jobs but cannot read quotes or invoices. The job-photo bucket is private.
